    How To Use

    Full instructions are provided on how to prepare the perfect sea moss gel.

    For digestion: Ingest a table spoon of Sea moss gel every day (until the use by date), by adding to smoothies or food.

    For skin / hair: Use as a part of your normal routine as a skin or hair mask and rinse.

    Servings create approximately:
    - 50g (800ml - 1l)
    - 100g (1.6l - 2l)
    - 200g (3.2l - 4l)

    Once made into a gel it will have an approximate shelf life of 3 weeks and must be REFRIGERATED at all times. Alternatively it can be frozen and preserved in an ice cube tray for up to 3 months.

    Your RAW Sea moss can be stored in your cupboard in a cool dry space. Once made into a gel, you should always keep your Sea moss gel refrigerated and we advise storage in a glass container. If you want to preserve it for longer, you can freeze it for up to 3 months into an ice cube tray which makes easy use for each serving at a time.
